IF I AM A SUPERVISOR OF RESOURCE CENTER, THE ROLES I PLAY IN INCREASING THE SCHOOL RESOURCE UTILIZATION...

The school's Resource Center is a science center, a place where information is needed for every student. However, in recent years the issue of students not visiting the school resource center has often been addressed in the mass media either print or electronic media. This is worrying for everyone as students are the leaders who will lead the nation in the future, says the proverb of the nation's youth, the national pillar. Therefore, school resource centers need to be systematically and efficiently managed to foster a culture of reading among students in order to become knowledgeable and informative students in line with the National Philosophy of Education. The question is, what are the efforts to help increase the use of school resource centers?

As a school resource center supervisor, the efforts I can make to help increase the use of school resource centersthere are many efforts I can make to help increase the use of resource centers in my school. One is that I will make sure the resource center is always neat and tidy. I will be working with another resource center supervisor to update the resource center. There will be periodic activities to clean up the resource center to ensure that the resource center is kept clean. I will also ensure that books are neatly organized on bookshelves by category and type of book. With my actions this harmony and conduciveness of my friends can be created. This situation can provide comfort to a student while reviewing the study in the resource center. If such a conducive atmosphere can be established, the number of student friends visiting the school resource center will increase and the role of the resource center as the building and dissemination of knowledge will be realized. Clearly, a neat, clean and attractive situation can attract students to the resource center.

In addition, I will help resource center teachers implement the Nilam program to increase the use of school resource centers. For example, I can help find and prepare appropriate and interesting books for students to use during the Nilam program. Thus, the Nilam program can be run smoothly and effectively. This will help increase the use of the school resource center and also foster a culture of reading among students. The Nilam program is one of the efforts of the Ministry of Education Malaysia to foster and improve reading practice among students. The culture of reading is very important and symbolizes the height of civilization of a nation as it reads widely of knowledge. By reading, one will gain a wide range of knowledge as a guide for living, as the proverb reads the bridge of knowledge. As my efforts continue, I am confident that the number of booklets among friends will increase and the lazy reading culture among students will be eradicated. In addition, the number of poor friends of science can be reduced so that they can grow into frogs like shells. Therefore, effective implementation of the Nilam program will be a great incentive for students to visit the resource center.

Next, I would recommend the school to provide complete facilities in the resource center. I will write a letter to the management to provide complete facilities at the resource center for the benefit of the students. I would like the management to provide a computer that students can use to surf the internet for the latest information. With a variety of new and up-to-date books, visitors can improve their knowledge. The school also needs to provide air conditioning to provide comfort to the students. Indirectly this creates a conducive atmosphere and encourages students to visit the school resource center. If the resource center situation is exclusive and conducive, I am sure my friends will always be at the resource center to harness the wealth of knowledge to prepare for outstanding, outstanding and outstanding students. In essence, I would recommend for the school to provide complete facilities at the resource center so that my school resource center becomes an exclusive and conducive knowledge warehouse for the convenience of fellow students.

In addition, as a resource center supervisor, I will practice a customer-friendly culture while doing the work. I will be polite, courteous and courteous and always willing to help if our visitors are in trouble regardless of race and religion, says our cultural idiom. The friendly service of the superintendent delighted the visitors and was one of the keys to attracting students to the resource center. I will also help the school promote books in the resource center for student loans. I also need to be fair and honest to all customers especially if they are late or unwilling to return a book on borrowed date. If I were to behave in that way, there would be no sense of inferiority in my friends' writing while using the resource center to expand their knowledge and they would always visit the resource center in their free time. As a result, as a resource center supervisor, I will adopt a customer-friendly culture while doing the work.

As a resource center supervisor, I would recommend that the school provide a systematic and effective book loan system to help increase the use of my school resource center. Examples of using ICT especially computers in lending and bookkeeping can save you time and energy. The use of coded systems is a wise move as all book-based reading materials will be coded in a way that facilitates loan and bookkeeping. This method will create a systematic resource center management system as students do not have to wait too long for loan and bookkeeping. Clearly, a systematic and effective loan system is essential to enhance the use of the school resource center so that its services are customer-friendly and consistent with the passage of time. Obviously, as a resource center supervisor, I would recommend that the school provide a systematic and effective book lending system to help increase the use of school resource centers as my school resource center.

In conclusion, the school resource center provides learning services and resources in a variety of ways to enable schoolchildren to be informative and creative thinkers and thinkers. Therefore, it is up to the students themselves to decide whether to use it or not, to clap their minds. . All parties need to work together to increase the use of the school resource center when it comes to the use of proverbial water circulation for sewer, human unloading.
